Shipping Policy

• Our current lead-times for shipping items average 3-4 days (For Stock Items/Non-Customized Products) and 3-6 weeks (For Custom Orders/Flags) from the customer's Order Date.
• The lead time on your specific order depends on several things including, but not limited to:
  • Number of items in your order
  • Number of customized items in your order
  • Number of different colors in your order, items with more than one color take longer to fabricate & manufacture.
• Lead-Times can also fluctuate based on the following factors:
  • Equipment Malfunctions
  • Invalid Shipping Addresses
  • Local Weather Transit Delays
  • Federal Holidays
